I do really like the way my jambu shoes look, and they feel comfortable when I first put them on. Anyway, after wearing them for a few hours, I start to notice the arch support isn’t quite enough for me and my feet get a little tired. They’re not bad shoes at all, I just expected a bit more support for the price. I’d probably wear them for quick errands or shorter outings, but not for a full day of walking

I ordered from jambu.com expecting the shoes to arrive within a few days, but from what I remember, it took a surprisingly long time just for them to ship. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I kept having to check on it myself. The shoes ended up being fine once they finally arrived, but the delivery experience was definitely frustrating...

So I ordered these from jambu.com thinking they’d be really cute in person, but they were just not for me. They looked a lot bulkier than I expected, and the colors were way more muted than the photos online. they felt a little outdated, like something my aunt would wear. I ended up returning them because they just weren’t my style.

The shoes are definitely comfortable, especially compared to a lot of other pairs I’ve tried, but the color was a little darker in person than it looked in the photos. Not a dealbreaker for me, and I’ll still wear them, but I was expecting a slightly lighter shade...

I really wanted to like these, but the soles just don’t flex much when I walk. They feel a little too “stiff” for my preference, so they weren’t the most comfortable for me.

I ordered a pair from Jambu.com because I really liked the style online, and when they arrived, they did look cute at first glance. But once I actually had them in my hands, the material felt thinner than I expected and almost a little plasticky, especially around the upper.

I wore them a few times hoping they’d break in nicely, but instead I started noticing creases quickly and the soles already looked more worn than they should have. For what I paid, I expected better quality, so I don’t think I’d order from them again.

These shoes are really soft and cushioned for just walking around all day. I wore them for most of the day and my feet still felt totally fine, which is always a win?? I’m taking off one star though because the sizing felt a little off to me

The shoes showed up fine and there wasn’t anything wrong with them, so it’s not even about that. It was more that the delivery took longer than what it said at checkout, and the tracking barely updated while I was waiting. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when you’re expecting them sooner.

I was disappointed with this. The build just feels cheap, cheap, and the stitching started coming loose after barely using it. I expected it to hold up better.

I bought these because I figured a lightweight shoe would be comfortable, but they feel a little too light, almost like something you’d pick up and think, “that’s it?” The sole has this hollow, not-very-solid feel to it, and even just walking around the house for a bit, I didn’t feel much support under my feet.

The shoes are comfy enough, but cleaning them is really kind of annoying. Dirt wipes off the sides easily, but the fabric part seems to hold onto marks more than I expected. They’re not terrible or anything, it just takes more scrubbing than I really want to deal with

I saw the sale price and figured I was getting a decent deal, but then my discount code just wouldn’t work at checkout. The cart total kept changing around, and the final price ended up being higher than I expected. I reached out to customer service, but they didn’t really help much, so I eventually gave up. Frustrating overall.

I’ve ordered a few pairs from Jambu and, the sizing has been consistent for me. I mean, I’ve had one pair that felt just a tiny bit snug at first, but it was still totally okay and not a big issue

The straps don’t adjust enough for a comfortable fit, and the closure just feels a little off when I wear it. It’s not the worst, but it seems like a preventable issue if the adjustment range had been better thought out.

They’re fine overall, but the heel support just doesn’t feel as secure as I’d like. I’m probably a bit picky because I prefer shoes that feel really locked in around the heel, and these feel a little off in terms of stability.

I got my order and most of it was right, so that was good. One item was the wrong size though, which was a little annoying. Not a huge deal, but yeah, I had to double-check everything after that.

Not gonna lie, I’m annoyed with my experience. I emailed them twice about a return and only got the automated response, never an actual reply from anyone. I even tried using the contact form and still heard nothing back. It’s frustrating when you just need a simple answer and can’t get one. I don’t see myself ordering from jambu.com again.
